Arlington Deeds Show 14 Sales in Late July, Topped by $1,365,000 Hillside Avenue Sale
Arlington recorded 14 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds records. Nine of the 14 sales disclosed a price, ranging from $80,000 for 19 Menotomy Road to $1,365,000 for 197 Hillside Ave., the period's top sale. The median disclosed sale price was $1,160,000. Five transfers, more than a third of the total, listed no sale price; several were transfers into family or revocable trusts among sellers and buyers sharing surnames. Two sales involved condominium units. No street recorded more than one transaction during the period.
