The month's top transaction was 95 Grandview Rd, which sold for $2,710,000 to Ian W. Just from seller Epping Street LLC. Nine of the 16 transfers, including a four-deed cluster involving M Caruso Family LLC, moved property among family members or into trusts bearing the seller's name and show no recorded price. Among priced sales, activity was spread across single-family homes and one condominium unit, with no single street or price tier dominating.
