The top sale was 203 Renfrew St. at $2,390,000, followed by 34 Academy St. at $1,800,000. Eight of the ten unpriced transfers show matching family names between seller and buyer, often involving a trust, though the data does not indicate why. No street recorded more than one sale, and the sole condominium sale, 186 Pleasant St. Unit 1, closed at $850,000.
