Arlington Home Sales Top Out At $2.39 Million As Most Deeds Omit Price
Arlington recorded 17 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only seven deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $850,000 to $2,390,000 with a median of $1,470,000. The top sale was 203 Renfrew St. at $2,390,000, followed by 34 Academy St. at $1,800,000. Eight of the ten undisclosed-price transfers show matching family names between seller and buyer, often involving a trust, though the data does not indicate why. No street recorded more than one sale, and the sole condominium sale, 186 Pleasant St. Unit 1, closed at $850,000.
