The month's top sale was 331 Mystic St. at $4,050,000, more than double the next-highest transaction, 11 Rockland Ave. at $2,000,000. Six of the 15 transfers had no price recorded yet, and seven involved a grantor and grantee sharing a surname, suggesting family or trust transfers -- a pattern concentrated among the unpriced sales. Three transfers were condominium units. No prior-period data was available to gauge whether the pace of sales was faster or slower than usual.
