Arlington July Home Sales Range From $676,200 to $4.05 Million

Fifteen Arlington properties changed hands July 3 through Aug. 1, with disclosed sale prices among nine transactions ranging from $676,200 to $4,050,000 and a median of $1,460,000. The month's top sale was 331 Mystic St. at $4,050,000, more than double the next-highest transaction, 11 Rockland Ave. at $2,000,000. Six of the 15 transfers did not disclose a price, and seven involved a grantor and grantee sharing a surname, suggesting family or trust transfers -- a pattern concentrated among the undisclosed-price sales. Three transfers were condominium units. No prior-period data was available to gauge whether the pace of sales was faster or slower than usual.
