Arlington marks Independence Day with public Declaration reading and outdoor concert

Friday, July 3 — All Arlington Public Library locations will be closed Saturday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day. Patrons needing library services are encouraged to plan accordingly; regular hours resume Sunday, July 5.
