Arlington recorded 16 property deed transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Nine had a sale price recorded, ranging from $957,000 to $2 million with a median of $1.3 million. The month's top sale was 211 Florence Ave., which sold for $2 million on Aug. 14. Nearly half of all recorded transfers, seven of 16, appeared to be trust or estate transfers within the same family and carried no price recorded yet. Among the nine market-rate sales, three topped $1.5 million and one, a Massachusetts Avenue condominium, sold for under $1 million, reflecting a mix of property types and price tiers in this period's deed filings.
