Commission Chair Chuck Turrani said he did not "feel like I have enough information to approve of the project, mainly the stormwater," with the panel citing three unresolved items: an absent peer review from the town engineer, unconfirmed submission of responses to DEP, and a discrepancy between the O&M plan's sweeping language and the TSS calculation's vacuum-sweeping assumption. The applicant also proposed a 3,200-square-foot off-site mitigation area along Millbrook on town recreation land, planting native species at a two-to-one ratio, a plan commission members praised but flagged as requiring separate recreation department authorization and a possible shift from saplings to seedlings based on past failures at the sloped site.
