Fifteen Arlington properties changed hands July 3 through Aug. 1, with disclosed sale prices among nine transactions ranging from $676,200 to $4,050,000 and a median of $1,460,000. The month's top sale was 331 Mystic St. at $4,050,000, more than double the next-highest transaction, 11 Rockland Ave.
