The five-member board, chaired by Christian Klein, voted 5-0 to adopt the written decision in Docket 3901 at 9 Lancaster Road, which grants a special permit for a second-story addition encroaching into the right side yard setback under Section 813B of the Arlington Zoning Bylaw — formally closing the case heard May 26 and clearing the way for the petitioner to seek a building permit.
