Arlington Home Sales Span $340,000 To $2.6 Million In Late-Summer Period
Arlington recorded 17 property sales between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, with prices ranging from $340,000 to $2,567,000 and a median of $882,700 among the 10 sales with prices on file so far. The period's top sale was 15 Lincoln St at $2,567,000, sold by Carole A. Symonds to Randy W. Simon and Rachel Cohon. Seven deeds show no price yet, a normal reporting lag, and most of those involve family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales. With 17 recorded transactions, the four-week window reflects a steady, active pace of activity by count alone.
