Arlington September Deed Filings Show $1.98 Million Top Sale Amid Mostly Unpriced Transfers
Arlington recorded 15 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only four had posted sale prices by compilation time, ranging from $330,000 to $1,980,000 with a median of $1,077,500 among those four. The top sale was 88 Coolidge Rd at $1,980,000, bought by Toby and Nihal Lynch from Coolidge Road LLC. Nine of the 15 transfers appear to be same-family or trust transfers, none with a recorded price yet. With three-quarters of the period's sales still awaiting price data, the available numbers are too limited to characterize overall market tone.
