Ridge Street Duo Leads Arlington's Latest Round of Home Sales
Arlington recorded 18 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with sale prices available for nine of them so far, ranging from $475,000 to $1,245,000 and a median of $860,000. The top sale was 11 Venner Rd at $1,245,000, followed closely by two sales on Ridge Street above $1.2 million each. Half of the period's recorded transfers were trust or family-related transfers rather than open-market sales, a common estate-planning pattern. Prices for the remaining nine transfers had not yet posted to registry data as of this report.
